One of my favorite things to do is open the minds of kids to new activities and forms of exercise and fun. I learned about Spikeball at a National Conference a few years ago. Once I played I fell in love with it. It demonstrates maximum teamwork and effort. The purpose of the game resembles volleyball, except the net is on the ground rather than above ground. Students seemed to really enjoy this activity because they were able to compete with one another and it was something brand new.
